The hotel's location is near several food options. the bus stop for tour pick up is just behind the building. It was easy to access tours. a short walk leads to the city center.

the hotel features a cool common area where you can hang out. there is also an excellent gym to enjoy! i found coffee, bean and hot chocolate available at the lobby.

The staff helped me book most of my activities and tours prior to my arrival. concierge services were amazing! the staff were warm and cute. They were pretty good too assist me in any need.

the breakfast delivered to my room each morning was a real highlight. it included a wide variety of items and felt quite luxurious. the staff responded quickly to my emails even before my stay which was REALLY helpful. the ocean view from the suite was very excellent.
the front desk service felt a bit lacking. i perceived some impatience, not ideal. the room seemed a little COLD, and adjusting the climate control resulted in some noise. some walking is needed to reach the main street, which might be a drawback for some people.
